DescriptionThis Event Outcome will Settle to "Yes" if a credible reporting source confirms that Elon Musk, either personally or through an entity controlled by him, enters into an agreement to acquire MSNBC by Event Close Date. An announcement by Elon Musk, MSNBC, or the acquiring entity will qualify for a "Yes", regardless of whether the acquisition or launch is ultimately completed which will likely be subject to FTC approval. If it becomes impossible for this Event Outcome to Settle to "Yes", the Event Outcome may Settle immediately to "No".
