- This event resolves YES if the OCC publishes a finalized implementing rule under the GENIUS Act on or before July 18, 2026 UTC. It resolves NO if no final rule has been published by that date.
- 1. Specificity: A final rule in the Federal Register constitutes YES. A proposed rule, interim guidance, or rulemaking notice does NOT count.
- 2. Exclusion: Other agencies' final rules (FDIC, NCUA, etc.) do NOT count; only the OCC's rule qualifies.
