This Event Outcome will Settle to “Yes” if an official OPEC/OPEC+ communiqué, meeting statement, or production table shows a net target increase ≥1.0 mbpd vs. the immediately preceding effective targets, with an effective date within Oct–Dec 2025. Partial or phased hikes count if the Q4 net change is ≥1.0 mbpd. If no such hike is adopted/published by Event Close, settle “No.” The primary source will be OPEC.org official communications.
