Description No primarily AI-generated song is known to have reached Spotify's Global daily top 50. AI cover "Papaoutai (Afro Soul)" peaked at #64 globally in Jan 2026; "Rubberz" (Fenix Flexin), widely reported as AI-made, hit #58 on the Billboard Hot 100. Since Sept 2026 Spotify labels "AI Persona" artists and excludes them from recommendations by default.
- This event resolves YES if a primarily AI-generated song ranks #1-#50 on Spotify's official Global daily Top Songs chart (charts.spotify.com) for any chart date from Nov 7, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
- This event resolves NO if no such song does so by the deadline.
- 1. Specificity: "Primarily AI-generated" = the lead vocal is AI-synthesized AND the instrumental is AI-generated (e.g. Suno, Udio); human lyrics, editing or arranging allowed. Shown by: (a) Spotify "AI Persona" label with no credible evidence of human lead vocals; (b) admission by artist, label or creator; or (c) credible report by Billboard, Rolling Stone, Variety, NYT, BBC, Reuters or AP. A credible outlet report outweighs a denial. AI covers/remixes count if the AI version is the charting entry. Collaborations count only if the charting track's lead vocal and instrumental are primarily AI.
- 2. Exclusion: Human-sung songs using AI only as a tool (stem separation, mastering, vocal effects, voice restoration) do not count. Viral 50, country, weekly or other charts do not count. Rumors do not count.
- 3. Source Hierarchy: charts.spotify.com Global daily chart priority. Kworb.net Global daily archive secondary. Outlets listed above tertiary and for AI-status confirmation.
- 4. Timing: The chart date on charts.spotify.com must fall within Nov 7, 2026-June 30, 2027 (the June 30 chart, published July 1, counts). Later chart dates resolve NO. AI-status confirmation may come up to July 31, 2027 23:59 UTC. YES may resolve early once confirmed.
- 5. Cancellation Rule: The originally published position counts even if later revised or the song is removed.
