This Event Outcome will Settle to “Yes” for the single Outcome corresponding to the publicly traded U.S. company that holds the largest market capitalization at the official closing bell on December 31 2025, as reported by Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or the issuing exchange. If trading on December 31 2025 is cancelled or the exchanges close early, the Event will use the most recent regular‑session close prior to that date. If two companies report an identical market cap to the nearest million dollars, the Event will settle “No Winner.” The primary source for this Event Outcome will be end‑of‑day market‑cap data from Bloomberg or Refinitiv, cross‑checked against exchange filings; however, a consensus of credible financial reporting sources may also be used.
