DescriptionCoinEx is under severe regulatory scrutiny after TRM Labs published a June 25, 2026 report tracing $3.84B in blockchain-verified flows to 60+ sanctioned Iranian entities, including $2.7B to Nobitex and $6M to IRGC-linked wallets. CoinEx announced emergency compliance measures but remains undesignated by OFAC. CoinEx is also exiting the EU under MiCA (EEA services shut down July 1, 2026). CET — the native exchange token — traded at ~$0.0131 on June 26, 2026, after a reported 37%+ weekly decline.
This event resolves YES if CoinEx Token (CET) trades at or below $0.0095 USD at any point between July 1 and July 20, 2026 UTC.
This event resolves NO if CET remains above $0.0095 throughout the entire July 1–July 20, 2026 UTC window.
1. Specificity: A closing price OR intraday low of $0.0095 or below on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko counts as YES.
2. Exclusion: Brief data feed errors or CoinEx-internal quotes not reflected on CMC/CoinGecko do NOT count.
3. Source Hierarchy: CoinMarketCap primary. CoinGecko secondary. CoinEx official data tertiary.
4. Timing: Must occur on or before July 20, 2026 UTC. Post-deadline trades do not count.
5. Cancellation Rule: If CET is delisted from all major aggregators before resolution, event resolves NO.
